Recently, 48 production units in the chemical zone and the oil refining zone of Hainan Refinery's 1 million-ton ethylene project, which is a key project of the Hainan Free Trade Port, have been delivered for production. It means that the main production units of the project have been successively handed over and are well prepared for the commencement of production.
