Today, as the first nuclear power project to begin construction during the "14th Five-Year Plan," or from 2021 to 2025, "Hualong No. 1" of the Huaneng Hainan Changjiang Nuclear Power Plant Phase II Project got its inner dome installed, marking the completion of all civil engineering works.
